Nowadays there are a lot of entrepreneurs who run business correctly and the business is doing well. Among them are people with generous spirit, hospitality and welcoming everybody. One such person is Kusman Karimovich Shalabayev, deputy of Almaty city Maslikhat, Coordinator of Local Committee for self-government of Almaly district.

Kusman, as deputy of Almala district, helped financially to low-income families, disabled people, children from large families and assigned an annual scholarship for education to some students. He put a lot of efforts in the construction of sports schools’ playgrounds and landscaping of city’s streets.

He paid particular attention to those who was engaged in sports from childhood, as he liked sports himself. He organized city equestrian society.

Speaking about the sport it should be noted that he always sponsored athletes originating from his native village Makanchi or Urzharskiy district. For example, he supported the winner of bronze medal Aset Mambetov at the Olympic Games in Beijing from his district.
